Two reports commissioned by states planning for a health insurance exchange are now available for public consumption:
- This report for the Washington State Health Authority looks at three key exchange-planning questions facing Washington state.
- This report for the North Carolina Department of Insurance offers actuarial projections and guidance to the state as it looks to establish a health benefit exchange.
Of course every state is unique and faces its own challenges that reflect the local healthcare environment.
